Purchase terms for legal entities (B2B)

The B2B portal it-shop.rs/business is intended for legal entities and entrepreneurs purchasing goods for business purposes.

  1. Registration. To purchase as a legal entity, you must enable the „Naručujem za firmu“ option and enter the business name, Tax ID (PIB) and registration number.
  2. Legal regime. Purchases by legal entities and entrepreneurs are governed by the Law on Obligations, not by the Consumer Protection Law. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
  3. Inspection of goods. The Buyer must inspect the goods without delay and notify the Seller of any visible defects within 8 days at the latest, failing which it loses its rights on that basis.
  4. Payment and invoice. Payment is made on the basis of a proforma invoice to the Seller’s bank account (265-1630310009633-25, Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd). For the completed transaction, the Seller issues an e-invoice via the System of Electronic Invoices (SEF) in accordance with the Law on Electronic Invoicing. The Buyer must ensure receipt of e-invoices via SEF.
  5. Prices. Prices may be displayed with and without VAT; the final amount including VAT is stated in the proforma invoice and the invoice.
  6. Warranty and defects. The provisions of the Buyers’ rights and obligations — legal entities section and the manufacturer’s warranty terms apply.
