Shipping & Delivery

ITMATHICS DOO BEOGRAD-ZVEZDARA guarantees delivery of all goods for which a delivery date confirmation has been received. We make every effort to ensure that shipments are delivered to your address within the promised timeframe.

However, in accordance with Article 31 of the Consumer Protection Act ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 88/2021), the seller is obligated to deliver the goods within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the distance contract or the contract concluded outside the business premises.

Goods receipt procedure

In order to exercise all your rights, we strongly recommend this method of receiving goods to both consumers and corporate buyers.

Upon receiving the shipment/goods, please perform a visual inspection of each individual unit in the presence of the courier.

If the packaging shows visible damage, such as scratches, cracks or dents, torn parts or bruises, you should not accept the shipment!

We also recommend that you open the packaging and inspect the goods to determine whether there are any external defects, and whether all parts and documentation are included.

If at the time of receiving the goods you find that:

  • the wrong item has been delivered,
  • the goods have visible external damage,
  • the goods are incomplete,
  • the goods are not functionally operational,

do not accept the shipment.

By accepting the product, you confirm that at the time of receipt the purchased goods have no external defects. Subsequent complaints regarding completeness and physical integrity will not be accepted.

Failure to report obvious visible defects and accepting the goods without any objections subsequently deprives you of the right to claim that the delivered goods had any obvious visible defects before they were handed over to you.

Delivery methods

Pickup at the collection point

If you wish to collect the goods in person, you can do so at our address:
Dalmatinska 115, 11120 Beograd (Zvezdara), Srbija.

The goods will be ready for collection within the promised timeframe, and our sales manager will contact you in advance to confirm that the goods are ready for pickup.

Delivery to your address

Delivery to your address is carried out using our own delivery vehicles or commercial courier services. Delivery is not available on Sundays, public holidays, or other non-working days.

We deliver within the territory of the Republic of Serbia, excluding Kosovo and Metohija. Delivery outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia is not available.

Delivery price

Parcels are delivered by the BEX Express and PostExpress courier services. The delivery price is calculated automatically, based on the weight and dimensions of the parcel and the delivery address, and is shown before the final confirmation of the order. The delivery cost is borne by the buyer.

Cash on delivery (cash to the courier upon receipt) is available. Personal pickup at our store is free of charge.

Fiscal receipt and invoice

For each purchase, the Seller issues a fiscal receipt in accordance with the Law on Fiscalization. The fiscal receipt is printed and enclosed with the delivered goods (in the parcel). The receipt contains a QR code for verifying the receipt in the Tax Administration (Poreska uprava) system.

Buyers that are legal entities or entrepreneurs (purchase for business purposes) shall, when placing the order, enable the „Naručujem za firmu“ option and enter their Tax ID (PIB) and registration number for the issuance of an e-invoice via the System of Electronic Invoices (SEF), in accordance with the Law on Electronic Invoicing.
