Warranty

A warranty is a voluntary undertaking by the warranty provider (the manufacturer or the Seller) and does not exclude or affect the consumer's statutory conformity rights. Where goods are supplied with a warranty, the buyer receives, together with the goods, a warranty card stating the terms, duration and territorial scope of the warranty, as well as details of the warranty provider and authorized service centers.

Warranty rights are exercised with the warranty provider or the authorized service center stated in the warranty card, upon presentation of the warranty card and proof of purchase (the fiscal receipt).
