Payment methods

At it-shop.rs and in our store you can pay in the following ways:

• By payment card in our store, via a POS terminal;
• In cash in our store;
• Online by payment card on it-shop.rs (payment processor: Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd).

The goods in an order placed on the site are paid in advance, online by payment card. If you choose courier delivery, at the payment step you choose whether to pay for delivery now, with the order, or to the courier on arrival — in the latter case we do not charge for delivery at all; you pay the courier at the courier company’s current price list. Payment in the store applies to purchases made in person.

All prices are expressed in dinars (RSD) including VAT. Delivery restrictions and accepted payment methods are shown before the final confirmation of the order.

The security of online card payments is ensured by the 3-D Secure standard (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check). You enter your payment card details on the secure page of the bank or payment processor (Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd); the Seller does not store your payment card details.

Orders arranged through our manager can also be paid by payment slip (uplatnica) to the Seller's bank account.

Legal entities and entrepreneurs pay against a proforma invoice (predračun) by bank transfer to the Seller's bank account, on the basis of which an e-invoice is issued via the System of Electronic Invoices (SEF).

Currency conversion statement

All payments are made in dinars (RSD). The amount charged to your card is obtained by converting the price from dinars into your account currency at your bank's exchange rate. As a result of the conversion, there may be a small difference from the original price.
